Having to depend on a third party processor for tempering can adversely impact the turn around time to your customers and hinder your control over product quality.
This video highlights our double bay / large single bay glass tempering furnace. Model number QX-GTH1240AA-D, the furnace can accommodate a single load measuring 48”X160” or work as a double bay furnace to accommodate 2 loads measuring 48”X72”. In double bay mode the processing times are practically halved for higher levels of production throughput. This particular model was designed to process Soft Coat Low-E glass also known as “sputtered” glass or MSVD (Magnetron Sputterering Vacuum Deposition). Our unique forced convection system allows for even heat penetration into the glass achieving low levels of wave distortion and high levels of flatness.
