The ITGD1200 is a fully automatic horizontally based dual sided glass drilling machine. The ITGD1200 utilizes an electric speed control to provide a wide range of drilling speeds for varying hole diameters and glass thickness. Operation is as simple as a “flip of the switch”. In fully automatic mode, the operator depresses a switch and the bottom driller rises, cuts to the center of the glass, disengages, and the top driller automatically lowers to finish the operation. Drilling time is about 8-10 seconds on 3/8” glass for 3/8” diameter holes. The operator is aided by a laser pointer to determine the drilling center. The unit comes with stop guides for repetitive drilling.  In manual mode, the operator engages and lowers the top driller manually.
